How orders are packed, how regulated items travel, and what documentation ships with your material.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2PM CT are dispatched the same business day. Everything ships from the USA. You will receive tracking when the label is created.

Ground-only items

Many of the materials we sell are classified ORM-D or HAZMAT. These travel by ground only. They cannot be air freighted, expedited by air, or shipped outside the USA — this is a carrier regulation, not a store policy, and it applies regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

If your order contains a regulated item, the whole order moves at ground speed.

Separated packing

Oxidizers are packed and shipped separated from fuels, organics and reducing agents. Where a single order contains both, it will arrive as more than one parcel, sometimes on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if the first box looks incomplete.

Packaging

Materials are packed by hand into HDPE containers, sealed, and labelled with the material name, lot number and any hazard class that applies. Hygroscopic materials are packed with desiccant. If you need a specific container or a custom pack size, ask before you order.

Documentation

A safety data sheet ships with every order, and is available on request before you buy. A certificate of analysis stating assay, method and lot number can be issued for any lot — contact us with the lot number printed on your label.

Handling and storage

Read the SDS before opening any container. Use appropriate PPE, and non-sparking tools with metal powders and oxidizers. Store materials in their original sealed containers, cool and dry, and keep oxidizers away from fuels, organics and reducing agents. Follow all local regulations on storage quantities.

Most inorganic powders are stable indefinitely if kept dry. Hygroscopic salts and fine metal powders degrade fastest once opened — buy the pack size you will actually use.

Who we sell to

We supply raw materials and components. We do not sell finished fireworks, assembled devices, or anything ready to use out of the box. By ordering you confirm you are legally permitted to purchase, store and use the material in your jurisdiction, and that you will do so safely.
